Your Order ID is generated automatically when you complete the initial registration or application. It is sent to your registered email and mobile number in the format CD-YYYY-XXXXXX. You can also find it in your application confirmation receipt.

Most orders are approved within 24 working hours after successful payment confirmation. During peak periods or for applications requiring additional verification, it may take up to 3 working days. You will receive an email and SMS notification once the approval is complete.
